 Huh  Need fuel system wiring diagram.   Ex died wont start, fuel pump wont run with key on.  Check Engine Light doesn't come on.  Pump will run if you jumper it at EEC Test plug.  Fuses and relays seem OK.  Red wire from eec relay has power
to computer.   Engine has spark but wont start when pump jumpered to run.  Any help appreciated.
